MOST POPULAR: Engagement or Bridal, Wedding, & Reception- $1500
COMPLETE: Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Wedding & Reception- $1750
*All above coverages come complete with all DIGITAL FILES. You will be provided with a CD of your images as well as a Release which will entitle you to reprint any images.
*All coverages come with a complimentry $100 print credit (cannot be substitued and cannot be applied to proof sets) or a proof portfolio.

*There is no per-hour charge for any of the above coverages- we are there from start to finish

Spiral Bound Album -Heavy Spiral bound album, 20 pages. 6x6 with black cover.Comfortably holds 40-50 pages max. Prices start at $100.00
Flush Mount Album -Leather or Non-leather bound album with your images flush against pages. Embossed cover in various colors. Prices start at $430.00
Mosaic Album- Flush mount album with unique two-toned leather album cover. Available in 3 sizes. Prices start at at $500.00.

*Albums can be used as couple's or parent's album.
*Album orders can be placed after the wedding at MPC Photography's current rates at that time.

Custom Guest Book-$100
Show off your engagement photos with a customized guest book. The book uses a heavy wire binder and comes with your choice of a black or ivory album cover. We can also imprint the bride and groom's names to the front for a truly personalized album style. The albums are shipped in a black box with two archival-grade black markers that are safe for writing on the signature pages.
10x10 Guest Book with 8 pages
Each additional page $5.00
(6x6 Guest Book with 8 pages starts at $65.00)
Proof Portfolio-$100
Proof portfolios are spiral bound albums. You may select white or black and each page may contain either 4, 6, 8, or 12 images per page. Price varies based on the number of pages.
Duplicate CD-$25
Over time CDs can become worn from use and scratches to the surface. Therefore it is recommended that you order a duplicate CD for safekeeping purposes. CDs do not contain watermarks. This means you own all the digital files to your event. You may take this CD to any retailer to reorder prints, upload your images online, print from home, or contact MPC Photography to order. We cannot guarantee the quality of prints that are not ordered from MPC Photography. We will provide you with a copyright release form. CD will contain all images from engagement session and wedding and reception. A duplicate CD is a good investment for safe keeping purposes.
Personal Wedding Website- $100
With this product you can set yourself apart and have your engagement pictures for display on your own beautiful "Before the Wedding Website". This service provides you with your own personal website that hosts photos, dates, times, locations, RSVP, registries, proofing, etc, all the before the wedding information in one place. Your own website domain | ie. KathyandJohn.com is included.

Pre-Ceremony (separate location)- $300
If you are "getting ready" at a location OTHER than the ceremony site, such as a home or salon, we can come to you. (For those getting prepared at the ceremony site, there is no additional charge)
This is NOT the pre-cermony formal shots. Those are already included with all coverage options.
Rehearsal Dinner- $300
MPC will be there to capture you and your loved ones at this special meal. Two hour coverage.
CD of all images.
Online Album. A beautiful online presentation is provided for you to enjoy as well as a complete online photo ordering system for your guests to place orders directly.
Complete digital retouching work is included for all images in this package.
Bridal Shower- $300
MPC will capture this festive occasion celebrating the bride. Candid images of the bride-to-be with your family and friends. Two hour coverage.

Online Album for 1 month and online guest ordering. A beautiful online presentation is provided for you to enjoy as well as a complete online photo ordering system for your guests to place orders directly.
Complete digital retouching work is included for all images in this package.

All images are printed on Crystal-archive photographic paper.

Thank You Cards
We can create custom thank you cards from your favorite wedding images, for you to send to guests. You can create your own personal message and select from a wide range of fonts, colors, and designs. Sizes: 4x6 or 5x7. All cards come with envelops. Prices range from $1.50-$2.50 each. (Minimum order of 25.)

MPC Photography will store your files for up to 6 (six) months after your event. In the event that your CD is lost or destroyed, you may purchase a duplicate CD from MPC Photography for $100.00 for up to 2 months. All files will be deleted after 6 (six) months.
MPC Photography will accommodate weddings outside of the Columbus, GA area, to include destination weddings. Travel Expenses to include transportation, lodging, and dining expenses must be paid for by the client. However, above package prices still apply. For more details please contact us.
MPC Photography will make every reasonable attempt to retouch, color correct, and remove blemishes, as to not deteriorate the original image. This includes adding special effects such as black and white, sepia, and graphics. MPC Photography does not guarantee that special effects or blemish removal will be performed on every image. In the event that you would like additional special effects or graphics added or removed from any image, there will be an additional artistic fee.
MPC Photography reserves the right to refuse any additional editing.

PAYMENTS
At time of contract, a $300.00 retainer fee is due with balance being due one week prior to date of wedding. At present time we accept payment via check, cash, or credit card.
Retainer Fee is needed to guarantee and secure your date.
Retainer Fees are non-refundable.
PORTRAITS
Sessions can range from one to two hours in length (depending on number of people, wardrobe changes, location changes, etc). MPC will shoot at the location of your choice, whether it is an outdoor session at a local park, in your home, or both.

By owning the CD you are not restricted to picking only your favorite images for prints. While many studios may charge a small sitting fee/session fee, you will then be obligated to purchase select images for prints and many times the fee for this is much higher. MPC Photography provides you with a CD of ALL your images and a print release which will allow you to order as print as many images as you would like.
A la Carte
To enhance your portrait package you may order prints, gallery wraps, and albums directly from MPC Photography. While you do own the CD and can order prints from any lab of your choice, please note that the quality of prints from such commercial labs is not guaranteed by MPC Photography. MPC Photography utilizes state of the art labs for all prints.
